Reebok just turned Allen Iverson’s Question into a 3D-printed shoe, and the result is a full reconstruction of the shoe itself. To mark the Question’s 30th anniversary, the brand skipped the standard retro run and partnered with Zellerfeld to rebuild the silhouette from a digital file up, resulting in the Question 96/26. The oval windows, sweeping lines, and the honeycomb detailing are rebuilt into a single continuous printed form.

Zellerfeld has been turning heads with its recent collabs with brands like Nike, Hek Lab, Havaianas, and, most recently, Stria Sport. Reebok stepping into that lineup is the brand planting a flag in what’s quickly becoming the print-on-demand arms race among major players.

The drop kicks off the Question’s 30th, and we can expect more Question drops in the season ahead, but 96/26 gets to open the show, and it’s doing it in a lane none of the OG colorways ever touched.

What makes this one worth paying attention to beyond the shoe itself is the process. Zellerfeld doesn’t work from molds; everything here starts as a digital file and gets printed on demand, meaning Reebok technically now has a version of the Question that can be revived, tweaked, or reissued indefinitely without ever touching a traditional production line.

“When we first created the Question, we wanted to change the game, not follow it,” says Iverson. “Thirty years later, it’s incredible to see that same innovation mindset that made the original special continue through Question 96/26. It honors the legacy of the original while proving that great design can keep evolving, and I’m proud to be part of that next chapter.”

Two colorways are landing to start: a Lilac pair that leans fully into the shoe’s alien, sculptural shape, and a Stone option that plays it a touch more grounded.

The Reebok Question 96/26 releases August 25th at 12pm ET, exclusively through Zellerfeld.com, in limited quantities. Check out both colorways below.
