Salehe Bembury’s SPUNGE Osmosis Drops in “Merlot” & “Mung”

Footwear design veteran Salehe Bembury is expanding his independent SPUNGE brand with the release of two Osmosis colorways, introducing “Merlot” alongside the return of “Mung.”

The Osmosis silhouette is designed with a performance-lifestyle approach and equipped with Bembury’s signature SQUISH TECH cushioning for comfort and adaptability across different environments. “Merlot” arrives in rich brown and purple hues, while “Mung,” originally launched back in October, returns in a mix of teal and auburn tones.

The release is accompanied by a video-led campaign titled “Shoes To Do Stuff,” a vignette-style series that explores everyday routines through a lens of surreal curiosity and expression, emphasizing the beauty in life’s simple yet intricate moments.

“Shoes To Do Stuff is about finding curiosity in the everyday,” says Salehe Bembury. “We designed Osmosis to move with you through all of life’s moments — not just performance, but the in-between. It’s about embracing the full spectrum of how people actually live and move.”
