No Vacancy Inn’s creative outlets range from radio to fashion to their infamous parties and events. These “culture curators” — Tremaine Emory, Ade ‘Acyde’ Odunlami, and Brock Korsan — are set to release their next project: an apparel collection in collaboration with Stüssy.
Inspiration for the collection comes from the slapdash style of ’80s movies like Weekend at Bernies, literary Hunter S Thompson’s booze addled evocation of Muhammed Ali & Africa in The Fight and the myth of John Lennon’s ‘Lost Weekend’. Pieces include a whale cord suit, logo sweatpants and hoodies, and a packable coat. A white tee features a Weekend at Bernies-inspired graphic, while a black knit top features colorful tie-dye on its sleeves.
