UNDEFEATED, Converse, and the Los Angeles Dodgers are going back-to-back. Following the release of the “Brooklyn Dodgers” colorway, a second Chuck 70 honoring the franchise has now been unveiled.

Like the Brooklyn pair, this version features faux ostrich leather construction, though this time in navy, complete with an embroidered LA logo on the lateral side. Custom Converse × UNDEFEATED × Dodgers license plates adorn the heels, while inverted Dodgers × UNDEFEATED artwork branding appears on the inner tongue, designed to read correctly when folded over.

This release is a celebration of West Coast pride, highlighting the Chuck Taylor’s deep roots in the California surf community and its adoption by iconic West Coast rappers in the 1980s. It also celebrates the Dodgers’ back-to-back championships, led by ace pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto, who is featured in the campaign.

While the Brooklyn Dodgers colorway was limited to 1,947 pairs in honor of Jackie Robinson, the LA Dodgers version is limited to 6,734 pairs in honor of Vin Scully and Fernando “El Toro” Valenzuela. Scully was the play-by-play announcer for the Dodgers for 67 years, beginning in 1950 and ending in 2016, while legendary pitcher Valenzuela wore the number 34 throughout his 11-year tenure with the team. Both of these icons have passed away in recent years, making this release a tribute to their lasting impact on the franchise and a way to honor their legacies.

The UNDEFEATED x Los Angeles Dodgers x Converse Chuck 70 will release on April 25th at UNDEFEATED locations and on UNDEFEATED.com, followed by a wider release on April 27th via Converse.com, MLB Shop, the MLB flagship store in NYC, and the Dodgers Team Store. Pairs will also be available on SNKRS on April 28th. Check them out below.
