Vans Adds New Old Skool and Slip-On Styles to Its Pearlized Pack

Vans is expanding its Pearlized Pack lineup with five new styles, and this time it’s not just the Old Skool getting the bedazzled treatment.

Since releasing a string of collaborations with Satoshi Nakamoto that made the pearlized and studded look a certified hit, Vans has kept the momentum going with its own in-line Pearlized Old Skool colorways and stand-out fashion-forward releases like the “Souvenir” and “Charms Pack” by designer Greg Betty.

Now, the SoCal brand is adding even more styles to the Pearlized Pack lineup, including three Classic Slip-Ons and two more colorways of the Old Skool 36.

Three iterations of the Slip-On are hitting at once: Indigo, Blackout, and Camo. Each one keeps the silhouette’s elastic side panels and low-profile shape intact while adding pearl and metallic stud detailing across the upper. The construction gets an upgrade too, resulting in a more refined finish for a seamless fit with an upgraded footbed.

The Old Skool 36 shows up in two colorways. The first comes in navy canvas with black overlays, while a “Cocoa Brown” pairs earthy brown canvas and suede, both featuring jewelry-adjacent embellishments running through their uppers. They also carry the brand’s intentionally distressed foxing, that worn-in edge that the Satoshi Nakamoto collabs helped put on everyone’s radar. Vans has been smart about translating that collab energy into mainline product.

All three colorways of the Classic Slip-On will release on March 19th alongside the “Navy Blue” Old Skool 36, while the “Vintage Cocoa Brown” Old Skool drops on April 21st. Catch the drops on Vans.com and at select retailers.
