Virgil Abloh is pulling double duty during Paris Fashion Week, showcasing both as the head of Off-White and artistic director of Louis Vuitton. Following the Off-White Fall 2020 Fashion Show, where he wore a custom pair of the Off-White Air Jordan 5, Virgil Abloh pulled up to the Men’s FW20 LV show in another custom sneaker, a variation of the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 “MCA.”
The LV show, titled “Heaven On Earth,” was set with a sky blue backdrop, so it’s fitting that Virgil pulled out a sky blue sneaker for the occasion. This variation features a black midsole, replacing the sky blue midsole which gave the original a tonal look. It also includes the lacing system seen on the Off-White x Nike Dunk Low.
This AF1 is most likely a one-off custom, so a retail release is not expected, though you never know. Check out the pair in the photos below.
